The latest Quick start does not come with latest front pagenews module. please delete old version and update with new version from download page that will do the job.

Hi,

I don’t have it on a live environment (butt local) after that I tried the suggestion from Santoshalom the problem is gone

You have successfully upgraded from version 1.3.4 to version 1.3.5

The Teline IV Quickstart is now fixed. It now has the JA news Frontpage 1.3.5 module.
