Hello,

I want to install the quickstart of ja teline 3 v2. But when i try to install the quickstart its stuck on step 1 configuration. Its trying to load after i fill in everything and click on next but nothing helps. I had this problem also before and founded a solution by editing one of the files but can’t find it anymore and don’t know what i did before either.

I see JA Teline III v2 template here: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=1617 only works with JOOMLA J1.5 and I’m not quite sure what did you do on your installation of your site. But you can download quickstart and using the userguide for reference here: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/other/quickstart-installation#install-25

I downloaded the Joomla 3.1 version from here http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=20369 and tried to install the fresh quickstart.

Before i already did install the 3.1 but remove it because it was an test version. Now i want to install a fresh installation to work again but got the same problem. Can’t go further by step 1. Configuration. When i fill all the information and click on next i see the loading but no matter how long i wait there is no responce. Like i sad i founded once a solution for the problem. There was something what i needed to edit in one of the files what helped. Searched lot of hours for this solution but can’t find it anymore.

I only have it on the Ja teline 3 v2

@calogero: I have downloaded this package and installed for testing but I could not reproduce the problem you mentioned.

I see this tip walks you through detailed steps to work quickstart package.

Hello,

Like i sad when i try to install from the quickstart i stuck on step 1. I installed more then 100 templates over years so im not new at Joomla. The problem is that after i fill everything and click on next to go to step 2 the loading bar is displaying but don’t stop with loading. Just try it by yourself. See link

I got this problem on your site but it’s hard to debug the root of issue.

Did you try to test with fresh Joomla on your hosting?

Please pm me the cpanel of your hosting, I will investigate further.

@calogero: Apologies for this late response because I need time to check it. I found on your site, it regards to .htaccess file on root file of your hosting, it needs to work mod_rewrite lib enable on your hosting.

I just removed it. For now, you can install JA Decor quickstart template on your hosting.
