Gone to the home page, i get the installer but to the top of the installer i get:

Before starting a new installation, you must be sure that your folder is really clean, without any file, except some cases where you need to have into it only the php.ini
So now delete completely all files in your web folder and start again copying again all your quickstart files
This must solve all your problems1 user says Thank You to pavit for this useful post

any other suggestions ?

This is a browser configuration error related to cookies
Try with another browser
I have used FF and i don’t receive any error on your installation page
