Joomla 2.5
JA_Portfolio/Real Estate

Installed using QuickStart, seem to unpack fine. Also, when navigating to the site, saw the standard installation page.
Removed installation directly, still good.
When site loaded, loaded with standard Joomla template, and not portfolio.
Went to Template manager, and noticed that there is no portfolio style from which to chose.
if I enable Preview for the template, and click on the template, get error “Missing jat3 framework plugin”.

Did I miss a step?

Scratch that. Was trying to install QuickStart on an existing Joomla install. Deleted the folder and went through the QuickStart tutorial, and it worked fine.:)
