Is it possible to use quikstart package and joomla migrate.sql to migrate from 1.0.x ? I uploaded quickstarte, and installed migate.sql and I m getting 404 error.
I hope anyone can advise me on this.

no, its my understanding that you need to migrate to a new clean empty db, thats why you are getting the conflicts
