It’s based on Joomla! 3.1 and will have minor issue with php 5.4 and higher . Please inspect your ajax respond to get more detail about this.

my server details:
Apache/2.4.9 (Unix) PHP/5.5.11 OpenSSL/1.0.1g mod_perl/2.0.8-dev Perl/v5.16.3
Database: 5.6.16

I attached the screenshot with error: the installation process is locked and I can proceed
