Hi dear all,
I am trying to install jatc_nex_j30 Quikstart Installation but hangs at step 1, and it does not continue to step 2 – IE as well as Firefox and Chrome.
I’ve tried delete all files uploading them again, still same loading circle and nothing else happens.

Hi

These info are not enough for us to establish what happens on your installation environments

would be helpful to obtain some logs files and analyze them after you have checked if your environment has all the needed minimum configuration

Please find the attachment how it’s looks like.
Where can I find the the logs files?
The environment has all the needed minimum configuration, I have already installed joomla 3.0 before

Hi,
It’s fixed, the problem was from webhosting. I edited the file none.php
Changed ini_set (‘ session.save_handler ‘,’ files ‘) to ini_set (‘ session.save_handler ‘,’ memcache ‘)
and it worked.
