I installed a new Module (Studio42 Muses Radio Player module), as it’s shown in the Image, but it doesn’t play any sound and reports me a security error.

How can I solve it please?

I had to Unpublished the module, but you can find it by the name of RMLP and it’s position is slidebar-1

Hi

This issue is not related to the template ja_teline_V but to the module itself, to test it i created a new menu item (radio) and assigned to it the protostar joomla default template to see if your module was working with a normal joomla default and problem indeed is still there, since it is not a joomlart extension you should ask to extension developers why it is not working.

P.S.

I leaved menu item unublished in your main menu , you can enable it and test yourself
