I use the “Slideshow K2” on the site for a sports club. The source are articles. Inside these articles I’ve done the image link, e.g. “<!– {jaimage main=”images/stories/slideshow/pokale.jpg”} –>”.

Now I would like to have random images for the articles. For example there is an article which announces the next match of the soccer team. I don’t want to use the same image all the time, the announcement is online. It should be a random image (out of 3 or 4 images). Is it possible to do this?

I hope you understand my request.

    Hi
    I got it.
You are using : mod_jaslideshow2 with Source Images from Folder.
In this case i don’t think we can do random at moment. Let’s me work w/ dev team about this.
    Thank you

    Hi
If you are using source: Articles. We can try to make random ordering ?
So you will have random images ?
    Thank you

No, random ordering will not fix my problem.

    For example:
I have four articles. One of them is the announcement of the next home played soccer match. This article will be online for about 14 days and should be displayed with a random image everytime it is loaded.

The solution could be to define a folder like “<!– {jaimage main=”images/stories/slideshow/soccermatch/”} –>” and the module then takes a random image out of this folder.
