July 25, 2010 at 6:04 am #350644HI,
I think you did not fully delete the page title from >> Menus >> main Menu >> Home >> Parameters…
Can you PM me the login details. I would like to have a look.

August 15, 2010 at 8:08 pm #352718it’s not in the page title area, it’s in the main body of the page. got to http://www.homeschoolcrusaders.net and take a look. it’s really got me perplexed. It shows up i the backend too.
I also have some weird error messages in the backend I have not been able to get rid of:Warning: strtotime() [function.strtotime]: It is not safe to rely on the system’s timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected ‘UTC’ for ‘UTC/0.0/no DST’ instead in /home2/hssports/public_html/libraries/joomla/utilities/date.php on line 56

August 16, 2010 at 4:14 am #352772Please PM me your site login details. I would like to have a look. Its very strange. BTW, the backend error is unrelated to the template, so, its best to google for that error.

August 26, 2010 at 3:30 am #353703Hi there,
Sorry, i slipped on this one. I had a look now. It seems you also have another error in the backend. You can try this >> http://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=431&t=363681&start=0 << for the fix. i would like to have complete access to the backend (super admin) and FTP access.
Don’t worry, i would take backup before doing anything.Arvind
August 27, 2010 at 12:11 pm #353869Thanks. fixed the other error. I had tried several of the fixes listed, but the double underscore in the code was the problem.
I messaged you the other info.
your help is SOOOO appreciated
(okay, I take it back. I took out the underscore and it fixed the backend error, but almost all my content on the front end disappeared. Put the underscore back and the error AND content returned. puzzling)

August 27, 2010 at 12:30 pm #353872I don’t know about that f but you definitely seem to have a problem with your ja-news ticker module.
And the layout of the template is affected with the right column modules moving way down the page in firefox and chrome – although it looks better in internet explorer.
