It is certainly possible, this is what i would suggest.
There is a css file for the Rasite style for Slideshow 2 >> /tempaltes/ja_rasite/css/mod_jaslideshow2.css
you can copy over the style, and copy over all the css images referred in the css file to your site in respective folder. Backend settings from the JA Rasite Slideshow module can then be copied over to your current site and tweaked as per requirement.
you can apply tweaks as per your new site requirements. basic knowledge of css and use of firebug should help you out.
It may take you time to achieve the desired style. Since, it is heavy customization, we may not be able to provide you active support on this.
