Can anyone explain how to re-arrange the modules so that there are not two right columns? I would like to modify this so that the left column IS actually on the left, with the main content in the middle.
Thanks!

January 23, 2009 at 8:36 pm #287883You need to go to the backend and disable the modules you do not want to display and change the position of the module you want to display. The website address plus the “?tp=1” admendment tells you what modules are currently placed where on your page.

in index.php move <div id=”ja-col1″> and it’s closing </div> (and everything in between them) to before <div id=”ja-container”>

January 24, 2009 at 5:22 am #287933Thanks Scotty,
That seems pretty easy. Lets hope it works…My only concern is the larger modules on the right and if they will interfere. I guess I can disable them where I would need centered main content between L & R.
Thanks.

January 24, 2009 at 10:20 am #287962It is pretty easy but you may have to tweak the css to get it just right. The large modules that span across the two columns are in a position called mass-col or mass and not actually in the left or right column.

April 6, 2009 at 8:57 pm #300317Default padding and margins are ever so slightly different in IE and FF. Your right col is probably 1px to wide for IE and it’s causing it to wrap.
Or it could be something completely different. Hard to tell without a live URL.
