Hello.

I have a site that uses Joomla and JA Bookshop theme together with mijoshop.
I have updated the joomla to latest version. Also have updated the boolkshop theme .

However get issue with admin login.
Before updating my site it the admin login was
<http my site URL/administrator and i could enter my login details and see my admin control panel etc.

Now it just shows a blank page – no error message shown on page….

However if i enter a url for one of the admin options / menu options eg view the template i can view the page contents.
no problem

In the joomla httaccess i have enabled RewriteBase.

Anyone see this before??

Hi @pizzahub,

There’s a well-known problem with 3rd party extension using the FOF library which was introduced in Joomla 3.2, so please update your Joomla! to latest version 3.3.6 and recheck.

Thanks for your suggestion…

Sorry i though it was the latest joomla but wasn’t when i checked. Must have been an earlier joomla update but not to the latest version. When i tried to update via compenents > joomla updates -> get directly from github…. joomla just displays an empty progress bar… now for 10 mins plus….

If i clear chrome browser cache and enter the login for admin for my site
i get the error message
Fatal error: Call to undefined method FOFPlatformJoomla::getIntegrationObject() in /var/www/vhosts/<mysite>/httpdocs/libraries/fof/config/provider.php on line 187. But i enter the url for other parts of the admin panel eg update, mijoshop

So update doesn’t seem to be working, problems with mijoshop mentioned above….

I’ll just delete everything and re-install from scratch…. if things still don’t work….. tempted to just dump joomla, mijoshop, ja bookshop theme and just get a commercial shopping cart ……

Fixed now… somehow files got left out when ftp-ing.
