Hello,
This is a presale question. I have emailed Joomlart over 24 hours ago but have not got a response.
I do like Joomlart and it is does look very professional tho. It is the JA Jobboard I am interested in.
Firstly, how quick are Joomlart support and getting back to any questions you may have?
Secondly
My original question to Joomlart
“Hello, I am very interested in purchasing the JA Jobboard template . As I will just be starting up my jobboard will be quite bare, I have seen many other jobboard solutions that offer “backfilling” from such sites as indeed and simplehired.com (bearing in mind I will be focusing on U.K jobs).
Does JA Jobboard support this?, or does it have plans to do so?, if not is it possible to populate other jobs on my site from other jobboards. Even if its a xml api feed or rss feed. Im not too techinical but if I knew this site had that fuctionaility or some form of “job wrapping” system I would be probably buy this in a heart beat as I love your site and templates.

Normally, any question will be replied within 24 hours since the date of it raising up, however, if the case is tough and needs more investigation into the root, we shall keep you informed for further waiting.
Regarding your questions, i would like to make clear that our JA JobBoard supports importing jobs from XML file, you can refer to our demo site via demo.jobboard.joomlart.com/administrator for more info.

I am a licensed member and have posted several issues with templates in the forums and have even submitted tickets for the issues hoping the matters would be escalated and I have yet to hear back from anyone at joomlart. Several days have passed since my first post and I’m still waiting. I’d highly recommend being honest with people before taking money from someone.

Hi,
I have tracked your ticket history already. You have 10 tickets in total and all of them have been seriously followed up by our technical team.
It would be much better if you can point me out the exact ticket ID / url where you could not get any response/solution for instant check ?
For now, only ticket ID# UUL-857-95485: http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/user-login-module-not-working/ is being opened. I have just asked the person in charge, our technician ‘Thang Ngo Ngoc’ for this and would like to confirm that he is still working on. The reply will be sent out very soon.

I have checked and could see that our staff members who are responsible for these did not get back to you timely.
Really appreciate your comments. We will learn from experience to give a better support service for the paid customers via both forum & ticket system.
