I think the most impressive function of this template is the “live consultation” button, however there is no function embedded inside yet, I am actually looking for this function for a long time, do you have idea?

Thanks again, but you know for a business, it is not suitable to have multi user chat, but one to one, like those live support. do you have any ideas? also if you know, then how to integrate as pop up?

If you have been looking for a long time, you have probably been there. But a simple search for “chat” in Joomla Extensions returns more than 80 results, commercial and non-commercial, so there should be a pretty good chance to find something worth checking out.

Chat is different from online support, it is more proper and more personalise for the customer. but thanks for bringing up the search site, i will go through it.
