Hi, i have a blog layout on the home page and when an article is clicked it views the information in the same home page as opposed to a new page reloaded.

Site is cuurentky situated on http://peeldepo.co.uk/peeldepo/index.php

It shows the slideshow at the top and I dont want it to view, I can’t turn it off as I need it for the homepage but I dont want the readmore to view in the same page.

Hi
In Joomla if an article or its category does not associated to a menu item , it will open the content on the default page . On your site the articles and the category is associated to the Homepage , so it open on the homepage and the slideshow module is assigned to Home page so it always shows there .
Try to add the category into a category blog menu or assign these article to single article menu type , so item will open on a different menu where slideshow module is not assigned .
