Hallo!

I enabled reCaptcha and when I try v2.0 in my contact forms, it doesn’t work. But when I choose v1.0 i works perfectly well when I send test mail…

Why can’t Purity III handle v2.0?

Actually recaptcha is handled by Joomla! not by template. And it’s working fine with our quickstart

No, it’s not working with 2.0! It looks allright on my contact form and when I click “I’m not a robot” it looks like it works, but no email is sent!

But when I use 1.0, all else being equal, it works just fine.

Can someone please explain in more detail why that is?

I have the latest version of Purity III (1.1.3) and Joomla (3.4.1)

email send is not part of recaptcha.
have you checked with default joomla template. And what are you expecting ?

I don’t know what details to provide? I only know that Purity III works with 1.0 but not 2.0…

I assume with this it’s mean this not Purity template issue. It should be Joomla! issue.

But… you said

It’s mean recaptch is working fine.
About email send it’s another story and should not relative with recaptcha.

That’s why i don’t know what are your exactly issue, even it’s not JA issue.
For none JA issue you should go with Joomla.org community.
