I am trying to install the JA Ruby template, and I received the following message:

* t was not possible to copy the selected file.
* JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: /hsphere/local/home/dachef/earthsageandfire.com/joomla/tmp/install_49e8ce669e281/en-GB.tpl_ja_ruby.ini to /hsphere/local/home/dachef/earthsageandfire.com/joomla/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_ja_ruby.ini

Message

* Install Template Success

Although it says template success, the only part of the template that is available for me to use is the main page.

Is there something that I am doing wrong or is it the file? I get the exact same message with JA Cooper. I am using the installer from my web host.
