Hello –

Recently I was advised to upgrade to the latest ja rave template/modules/pluggins, etc in order to correct some cosmetic issues.

After upgrading to latest versions, I noticed that my most recent tweets no longer display in the ja twitter module on the homepage. Version I am using is version 1.0.2.

I have tried but can’t seem to troubleshoot the problem, including acquiring an API key. Little help, please??

I just took a look at your site and saw that most recent tweets are showing up, Kindly check again the problem carefully.

Yes tweets are showing but they do not display until 20 hours later. I have a refresh time set to every 5 minutes. And those that finally do display, do not necessarily display the correct time the tweet was sent. Currently (2:14 pm EST) the tweet I sent out at at 11:16 am (3 hours ago)is still not showing up. But by tomorrow I will see it. the Tweet says :

Can this be corrected? I updated the Twitter module at the same time I updated the rave template about 1.5 weeks ago.

That is correct. I send a tweet and it does not show up in the twitter module on the home page – however, I do see your tweets. I just sent one at 9:51 am EST – waited five minutes and then refreshed my browser.

My tweet was:

I usually see them after about 20 hours of wait time

Hi,

did You have Joomla cache enabled?
If so try to disable cache in this particular module settings.

Yes my cache has been disabled because I am still developing the site – HOWEVER – whatever Dat Hoang did, it is now working!

Dat Hoang – I did not realize that you had changed my twitter screen name to yours so all this time I have been waiting for my stuff to show up – I did change it back to my sreen name and now the last three I sent are now displaying – so whatever you did, thank you!
