I would like to recreate the footer layout as per the Uber Lawyer demo site however the documentation does not detail how this can be done. Can documentation/instructions please be provided.

its JA ACM module > Footer -style-2 , published on acm-footer position .

You have to publish the module in spotlight setting module positions too if you want four footnav positions .
