My IP is dynamic and it will be changed to a new IP every day . Our team member checked your issue from a different country and suggested to add below code in /template/YOUR JA Template/css/custom.css file .

@media (max-width:768px) { .category-module.five-columns .category-module-item { min-height: 300px!important; }}

if custom.css file is not present kindly create it and the suggested code
http://www.cuidadosalma.es/templates/ja_medicare/css/custom.css
Also , if the above solution does not work kindly provide us full access so that i can access your site and help you .

I checked your site , the solution not working , because you have not added the custom.css file in /css/ folder

I fixed it directly on your site . Kindly check it in Real devices now , There is only one blank space due to items no. in odd number .
