how do you reedem your credits guys, l did send email to drarvindc but no luck or answer ? any suggestion because you cant to with control panel ?

Check the following screenshot for the credit redemption process.

and then follow this screenshot :

Your redemption request will be reviewed and based on your performance and help in forums, it will be approved if found eligible and within the redemption guidelines.
