    While trying to redeem my points I get a : ” Invalid Amount Specified “.

    I have enough points, I’m selecting the right option ( 6 Months, 1800 pts)

    What’s wrong?

    4 days and no answer. I just love the “support” around here. Nobody cares about members and stuff.
    The members are helping eatch other mostly.

    One qustion arise :
    Get a subscription and get no support or download “pirated” templates, extensions, etc floating the net?

    Oh well, we’ll see about it.

    Sad to say this but the support around here Sucks Bad!
    10 days have passed no reply, no mail, no nothing.
    This shows how much you care about members. What a shame.

    Well its clear that you used 1800 credits on the 10th so you should be ok, it normally takes about a week to get sorted out, I’ve seen a few cases where people have thought they have been forgotten about but they get it in the end 😉

    Not the account is my problem. It’s about support, time spent on helping other users and feedback from the owners.
    A product is a *ckin product. You’re gonna buy it and use it. Support is always the key.

    Still not solved.
    Let’s make a wild guess. I’ll receive an email 1 day after the subscription expires :

    “Hello dear customer. Your redemption was accepted but.. wait! Oh noo, you just passed the last day when you could extend you subscription by redemption.” 🙂

    I just love how things are solved around here. Isn’t that ironic?

    No wonder it takes time, the user called “redemption” havent been online since

    I also did the same thing last week, but no errors in it, and the points did go away.

    You were lucky Menalto.

    I don’t care about it anymore. Moderators are asked to delete this post and return to their boring “doing nothing”.

    My experience about Joomlart was : Excelent templates, support ZERO, NULL! 😡
    No reason to extend my subscription or get a new one.

    I am happy though I could help the people in need.
