I have enough points, I’m selecting the right option ( 6 Months, 1800 pts)
What’s wrong?

The members are helping eatch other mostly.One qustion arise :
Get a subscription and get no support or download “pirated” templates, extensions, etc floating the net?Oh well, we’ll see about it.

October 16, 2008 at 11:50 pm #275765Well its clear that you used 1800 credits on the 10th so you should be ok, it normally takes about a week to get sorted out, I’ve seen a few cases where people have thought they have been forgotten about but they get it in the end 😉

Let’s make a wild guess. I’ll receive an email 1 day after the subscription expires :“Hello dear customer. Your redemption was accepted but.. wait! Oh noo, you just passed the last day when you could extend you subscription by redemption.” 🙂
I just love how things are solved around here. Isn’t that ironic?

I don’t care about it anymore. Moderators are asked to delete this post and return to their boring “doing nothing”.
My experience about Joomlart was : Excelent templates, support ZERO, NULL! 😡
No reason to extend my subscription or get a new one.I am happy though I could help the people in need.
