    Hi guys!

I am soon going to be swapping my old Html site to my Ja wall php site.

I would like to make sure that when people click on my old html links that they will find my new site.

Im currently building my site at http://www.sillynym.com but will be changing it to http://www.chasingprops.com

For my current pages like http://www.chasingprops.com/friends.html I would like to make sure they find http://chasingprops.com/index.php/tv-shows/friends-2

I have noticed that my joomla 2.5 has a redirect componant and I have added all of these links to redirect to where I want it to go..but Im worried its not enough… Will this do the trick? I have seen alot of forums with alot more details like adding RewriteOn or something to the .htaccess file

Basically I just want to make sure Im doing the right thing before I do the big swap!

    Cheers
    Katie
