Hi
Go to /css/custom.css file in the template folder .
Create custom.css file if its not present and below code
```
.navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > a, .navbar-default .navbar-nav > li > .separator {

    font-size: 18px; }
```
Change the font size value as per needs .
