Joomla 2.5 & Ja Playmag
when reducing the size of the browser window, it not appears as before the logo and the menu and all the content at position = “sidebar-1” disappears
What can I do?

Your sidebar-1 position is disabled for responsives layouts as you can see from your backend
Regarding your logo image , your logo image is too wide for low screen sizes so you should use smaller images for various layouts

About your menu alignment issue , it is not due to the sidebar position , but to the module itself , it is using a custom.css property
simply disable the float:left!important; from that file ( templatespapdcsscustom.css line 18 )
