Is there a way for me to reduce the width of user9 in ja-genista?

It is possible.

Please open index.php file in templates/ ja_genista folder, at about line 227, find following code:

[PHP]$botsl2 = $tmpTools->calSpotlight ($spotlight2,( $this->countModules(‘user9’) || $this->countModules(‘user10’))?60:100);[/PHP]

and change 60 to your value.
