I have a number of tickets open in support desk but no reply.
I paid for this template. I have problems. Least you could do is reply.

Problem : Ja_news_fp

As you can see in my front page, this mod is clearly not getting connected to its css.

I cant make it work. I need help.

Did you select the “Require help from mod/admin” option and fill in your details when posting this and the other request? It will help you get support faster.

I have sent multiple support tickets. Nobody home!
I did get a guy this morning offering to help if i paid him, which is not correct in my view.

I’m holding for support.

That’s your choice but the system has been put in place for cases such as yours where a moderator will go into your site and find the problem. Support are often busy or unavailable and the mods are very good at this so I would at least try.

I’ve submitted a post in that way. I got nothing!!
So now i have threads.
I have support tickets.
I have threads with admin help requests…

any more suggestions??

For your issue, i added some code modules/mod_janews_fp/ja.news/ja.news.fp.css file.
Your website looks fine now.
