I just added the birthday field at the register form and the field is not aligned and it doesn’t look good

Try to use this way

Open templates/ja_techzone/css/custom.css file and add new my tweak below

.form-reg .row .control-group, .form-reg .row .controls {
    float: left;
    padding-left: 15px;
    width: 100%;
}
