Im working in joomla 1.6 with JAT3 2.0 and when I things to the main menu if they are pulic it will show up in the menu up top. But if I switch it to registered the articles disappear from the main menu. They will still show up if you go directly to the article and will still show up on the menu when its in the position 7.

It is the JAT3 Blank Template. It’s probably something simple but I can’t seem to find it.
