Is there a way to have a “Registered users only” icon (or text) after each article if the user is not logged in?

I am using the JA Hedera template along with JContentSubscription, JUser & iJoomlaMagazine.

I simply want to have a small icon or text notice next to the “read More” link stating that articles are for subscribers only. Of course I would only want this to be visible to non-subscribers.

To get this effect with Joomla 1.0x, you need hack Joomla core code. This solution is not recommended because it will be difficult to upgrade your joomla later.
For joomla 1.5, you could override com_content template in your template to get this effect.

how/where would I do it “IF” I wanted to. If it is a small/easy hack, I can just save the orginal code and switch back if I decide to upgrade later.

I take very good notes and keep track of any and all changes made so incase I do upgrade and it doesn’t work, I can figure out why.
