Hello,

I am developing a site based on JA NEX. I have been stumped by a issue and could not figure out the problem.

I am using the K2 User login module. When clicking on the Create Account or forgot password/username link from the module or Kunena forum, it gets redirected to the url index.php?option=com_users&view=registration, however form is not displayed.

I am not sure if I unpublished any module/menu which is required for this to work properly. I have tried to use the default joomla login module but still no form displayed. I am not sure if any template override is causing this. FYI I have changed the template folder name and using a different template name. Any info would be appreciated.

The login modules can be found on right position in the accordion module. The first module (Login) is the default Joomla login module and the Last module (Members) is the K2 Users module.

Hi idesignperfect,

Apparently you have not any menu items that is pointing to the com_users and the registration page, I meant no menu items is referring to this link index.php?option=com_users&view=registration, In Joomla if you have not a menu items pointing to a component page then that component page would be display under the Homepage or the home menu item.
So it’s clear that the link index.php?option=com_users&view=registration actually is referring to the home menu item and the problem here is that you have assigned your home menu item to a profile (in the template back-end Global tab) whose Hide main content section is set to Yes.
The solution is simple as that you just need to create a menu item somewhere that referring to the com_users component and registration view.
