This is for anyone that is versed with Joomla 3+.
Rercently on our (my partners and I, disability site) we are getting spammed like crazy. What would be a more secure registration system that I could use with Smashboard that will work off the menu system like it is now?

I would suggest you have a look at (Joomla.org) userguide – how to enable Recaptcha on Registration form
