Hi, for several reasons I had to reinstall the UBER template of our site, which functioned well for a year but got hacked and needs cleaning now. As UBER is based on T3 we installed and activated the T3 plug-in first and the UBER package on top of that. Activating the front end of the site from the back end now generates an error page: 500, stating that the T3 plug in is not enabled. When I look into the extensions/plug-ins list T3 appears to be activated. However, when I click the T3 plug in to have a closer look, I get the message: "the file t3.xml could not be found". So, what went wrong. Is there anybody around here with a clue? I would be very greatful for a solution.
Many thanks, Frank den Oudsten

February 14, 2017 at 7:40 pm #1010682Hello
I don’t know how do you reinstalled it , but looking at your settings i can see a lot of errors ( components showed but not installed , templates list doesn’t works and others ,i found also old JAT3 Framework plugin installed and enabled why ?
only one t3 plugin must be installed and enabled ( 2.6.2 )
i reinstalled plugin and errors are disappeared installed again also uber template but it seems this doesn’t helped to restore your websiteIf you had a clean backup ( not hacked ) saved than restore it , otherwise the error should be investigated more because i think it is missing of some joomla file , i can suggest to reinstall again joomla with joomla extension manager and see what happens.
Regards

I’m a bit confused by the version number your mention.
You mention a t3 plugin version 2.6.2???
I guess you mean the JA Extension Manager component here,
as the most recent version of the JA T3v2 plugin is 2.7.3
and older versions only go back unto a version 2.6.8
So, which component or plugin do you mean?
Thank you for your replyFrank dean Oudsten

Uber template is released and builded to work only on T3 Framework plugin .as you can see from img below
latest version for this plugin is 2.6.2
Your website had installed and enabled also the old T3V2 framework plugin which doesn’t works with uber template.
