I deactivated ja_magz_ii/html/com_tags/ as suggested in another thread.

Hi

It should not relate to com_tags as Related Articles module of Joomla will retrieve all articles which have the same Meta Keywords. So if you want this module appears, you must edit article you want to show under Publishing tab > and add Meta keywords there: http://prntscr.com/ap5r2b
