    How can I remove the content bar at the top of this template that displays the current date and the last update datetime?

    Where do you change the font color for Headlines etc displayed in this area? The default color is very difficult to read against black background

    Please create a separate thread for your question as it doesn’t relate to my question.

    Hello charlesd81!

    Please open the file: /templates/ja_seleni/css/template.css and try to find a section code as follow:

    #ja-topbar {
    background: #050505;
    color: #656565;
    height: 20px;
    padding: 5px 0;
    position: absolute;
    top: -30px;
    width: 100%;
    font-size: 11px;
    z-index: 11;
    }

    You change the background-color by yours

    Go to the:

    Temptates/ja_seleni/css/template.css

    Search for: /* Topbar —*/

    Here you will find the colors!

    How can you list this as “Solved” when the OP’s question has still not been answered. Please answer the question.

    Hi,
    Add display:none to #ja-topbar {} – this will “remove the topbar.
    The question though – is how do you “move the whole site up to when you remove the topbar?

    Thanks

    ‘BohemiaDesign’ has asked the same question I’m still wondering… How do you move the whole site upward when you remove the topbar??? The empty space is still sitting there. I’d like to allow for a taller header in the place of the white (empty) topbar position. Please help me out!

    Thanks
    Andrew
