    Hello,

    we use the “Bootstrap Vimeo Video” module to put a video on the home page.
    (A Bootstrap module to easily add a responsive Vimeo video to a module position)

    The position used is “slideshow”, but we want to remove the 2 black border (see screenshot).

    We are in contact with the dev, but apparently this is not a module problem.

    <blockquote>
    OK… what you need to do is make sure that the div that surrounds the video iframe has a height that fits the video exactly (width is fine).

    What’s happening is that the video is not as tall as the div, so you get the vimeo black background showing.

    This is not a module issue…</blockquote>

    How can we fix it in the div ?

    Thank in advance for any help.

    Hi dieudonne,

    Could you post your site url here for further checking?

    Hello,

    I just PM you because this website is still under development.
    We made just a change in the custom css file, just add this line :

    /* test vimeo */
    .embed-container iframe, .embed-container object, .embed-container embed {
    height: 95% !important;
    }
    .ja-slideshow {
    margin-bottom: 0px;
    }

    Apparently, it is ok, but just on a computer screen. Not on a smartphone.
    If you have a better idea, it’ll be great.

    Thank in advance.

    Hi,

    Did you try to reduce the height value? I think ‘height: 90%’ will be fine

    No, because it is ok with a smartphone with 90% but not with a computer screen.
    We must made a choice so we keep the 95%.

    Anyway, thank for your help.
