You can do so by the following way:
1. Open reviews.tpl.php(componentscom_virtuemartthemesdefaulttemplatescommon folder)
2. Search this line :

<strong><?php echo $review["username"]."  ($date)" ?></strong>
Change to

<strong><?php echo $review["username"]."  " ?></strong>
