Hi
you can edit default.php (templatesja_pyritehtmlmod_footer folder)
you will see those lines:

<small><?php echo $lineone; ?> Designed by <a href="http://www.joomlart.com/" title="Visit Joomlart.com!" target="blank">JoomlArt.com</a>.</small>
You can remove them as you want

Also get grep or windows grep depending on your platform. It will run through an entire directory structure searching for a regular expression. You will be able to find all instances of something like that.
