The menu’s are modules in the position mega-item. Go to the module manager and use the select position dropdown to seleg mega-item. Disable the item therin and they will go. The ticker is in position headlines so just disable the item there.

I have the same problem. All of the modules in mega item position disabled & the menu that is being copied is a mod-main menu. The best I can do is unpublish everything in the menu except that of course I am not allowed to unpublish “home” which is the default. I would point out that the janewsticker module is also non-functioning.

Further to my last post, disabling the system Moo-tools update plug-in fixed both my problems, ie ja newsticker now works and the ghost menu item disappeared. Can you explain how to fix this conflict or should I just view the Mootools plug-in as unimportant?. PS, I also have the problem everyone else seems to have & acnnot remove that annoying “You are here.” All the best.

All of ja extensions have been updated to work well. Make sure you are using the latest versions of the extensions.
