November 18, 2011 at 2:00 am #425157Hi Mate
try this, in the slideshow module parameters scroll down till you see “Stage Settings” then look towards bottom of that section for
“Mask Transition Style” set from the default of Opacity to Sliding. I attach a screenie for clarityCheers Shane

November 18, 2011 at 4:01 pm #425281Hi Mate
sorry if I gave you a bum steer, I didn’t realize it was a image mask. Gotta stop there early AM debugging sessions LOLGo to /tiris/modules/jaslideshow/assets/themes/tiris/style.css
line 19
.mask-bottom {
background: url(bg-mask.png) repeat-x 0 100%; delete or comment out or alternatively rename the image it calls in
yoursite/tiris/modules/jaslideshow/assets/themes/tiris/
bottom: 0;
height: 300px;
left: 0;
position: absolute;
width: 100%;
z-index: 1;Night 2 am need to crash out
Hope this finally solves it

December 18, 2011 at 9:32 am #430189Hi hotsd,
did you just delete the line? I tried that and I still have the fading effect? What did you actually remove on the line to get the desired result?
Jim
