    Hello,

    I would like to remove H1 tags inside this code because is no SEO friendly.

    <h1>
    <a href=”/” title=”mydomaintitle.com”>
    <span>mydomain.com</span>
    </a>
    <small class=”site-slogan hidden-phone”>my slogan</small>
    </h1>

    How can I do this modification? And also put “Page titles” as H1 tag?

    Many thanks!

    In what ways do you feel h1 tags are not good for SEO?

    Through h1 tags, search engines get to understand content details of the page. If utilized in correct co-ordination with anchor text and title tag, you can expect multiplied density of web site traffic from major search engines like Yahoo, MSN and Google.

    As the h1 header tag you posted des not appear to be overly styled … actually, not styled at all … I’m not certain why it would not be good for SEO.

    Here is an article on the issue[/url] I found interesting.

    Hello TomC,

    I readed the last magazine about Joomla and it’s says the same. For Joomal SEO is interesting that page_titles works as H1 tag. Now, with the actual system, all of my website have got the same H1 tag and this is not good for SEO.

    I would like that every page that I have in my website (built with Joomalrt templates have got a different H1 tag with the same as my title website). I think that it is mroe rich and optimized SEO.

    Is there any solution?

    Many thanks!
