August 12, 2008 at 3:19 pm #265074Hi michael
do you have a url i could take a look at as I don’t think anyone will be able to help with just an image as a source.
you’ll be given better help if there was a live url we could take a look at.
To be sure, you would like the “black” headline text out – not the “red” top stories text?
August 12, 2008 at 4:02 pm #265080correct, I just put a . in the place. You will see it here. http://www.wwpi.com/new
I want the Headline text removed (now just a dot) but not the control that is in the module. I want the Bold Headlines to appear.

Hi Micheal,
The link takes forever to load.
Whenever you post, questions like this may depend on the Joomla version that you use.
Did you mean:
Headline and image only? No Intro text?

August 12, 2008 at 10:47 pm #265135Maybe I was not clear.
In the module ja-news-fp. I am using the headline_fp.php
In the module, there are options.
One of the options is called “Headline Text”
I want that off, but if I put that Off I lose the Headline titles. I want the headline titles WITHOUT the “Headline Text” (which I have replaced with a .)
I am attaching a screen shot of the module options I am talking about. The site is live at http://www.wwpi.com/new.Correct, NO INTRO TEXT. I have the image that says “top stories” for that, so I do not need the image.

August 12, 2008 at 10:58 pm #265139Hmmm,
I still do not understand what you like to do. Could you replace the . with somthing like xxx so we can see what you are doing.
What version of Joomla, JA Teline, JA_teline_news_fp do you use?
I have most versons for Joomla 1.5x installed here so need to use the right one to simulate your efforts.Bosse
August 12, 2008 at 11:02 pm #265140OK, I replaced it with the default “Headline”.

August 12, 2008 at 11:15 pm #265142I tried this with 1.5.5 and the latest Teline.
I tried a “dirty trick and it seems to work.
Insert the Non-breaking space =In the field Headline Text
but dont soot me if you screw somthing else up with this.
