Hello,

When I’ve added an item to my shopping cart, I cannot then remove it or refresh the quantity.

Turn off SEF urls and try again. Almost always a SEF problem.

There are 3rd Party SEF extensions that can handle VM urls…. Joomlas inbuilt one is not one of them.
