Hi,

I already paid (last year, 2011) for the Joomlart copyright removal fee. But since I upgraded my website to a new template, the Joomlart footer is back at the bottom.

I would like it gone again.

Can you assist me with this, or give any advice?

Hi
After purchased with JA Copyright Removal , you should receive an email with instruction.
After upgrade your template you can check with that email for same method to remove Copyright 🙂

From Joomlart.com home page, find your username at right top on the page and go to My Profile page. Click on the Your Payments tab and find Your payment history. If you have purchased the copyright removal, then you will see a link in the column PDF Copyright Removal. Click on the link to download the document which explains how to remove the copyright from template..

I checked that PDF with instructions, but I am having difficulty removing the Joomlart copyright. Maybe you could assist me with this please?

I need all of this text removed: “Designed by JoomlArt.com. Joomla! is Free Software released under the GNU General Public License.”

Can you assist me? I can send through site login details when you reply.

And after that update me with your FTP access so i can help you apply it.
