For this go to module manager >>>Your JA Bulletin module >>options >>Module-class suffix
and remove >>> mod-more >>> http://prntscr.com/4ndqkg

Add this code in custom.css file to hide the more text

.module-more {display:none}

if you want to hide it for a specific module then use this code

#Mod277 .module-more {display:none}

277 is Module ID .
