I’ve searched the threads for this but did’nt found anything.

How to remove preinstalled kunena user as shown in the image above?.

I have used the quickstart setup and installed the Sample Database. Then I found about 20 user on kunena database but they are not in joomla user database.

So how to remove them? This is a closed forum so we have only a few people allowed in there. I don’t want any other list of people inside.

Please Help me.

I have checked the kunena installation from my other websites, I find that this quickstart installation have some error or maybe the kunena version is an old version.

When I go to Synchronize Users, there is no setting available at all. Different with my other kunena (which I installed manually) it have 4 tickeble option on it.

The next question is how to upgrade the kunena version to an up to date version without having an issue with the kunena template that came with the quickstart packages?

Hello alfatihstudio!

I think that the simplest way is here, you UN-install the kunena component on your site and download, re-install the last version of the component, and then you put the ja_sulfur theme ( which using for the forum) inside the componentscom_kunenatemplate folder. You re-configure the forum in the administrator

The kunena forum now already have some post in it, if I uninstall it and install it back, will the post remain there?
