I try to fix the speed test and performance for my website ahaduweb.com , i used the JA Sugite Template
here is the detail pictures for Gtmerix and Google Speed test result for clarifications, i thing of the big issue is the js and css , Optimize CSS Delivery and Remove render-blocking JavaScript
any help appropriated

I checked the URL of your site under Google Speed and you need to follow the steps below here and optimize the CSS and JS from T3 framework for reference here
