    Hi

    You can disable the responsive feature from your backend template manager >> General Tab

    You should be able to disable “responsive mode” within your Template Manager — General/Global settings.

    See the “Enable Responsive” section (within Global Settings) –> HERE

    Thank you !

    The problem is that when I disable it then the menu is no longer available on small screens…

    How do I enable the menu after disabling responsive?

    What do you mean by the menu is no longer “available?” :confused:

    For instance, when the site was on small resolution the menu was not visible. This was because of the template css files. I partially solved this by doing the “LESS to CSS” process.

    After that the site no longer resizes as spected. However:

    1. Cannot show details in thumbs of the slideshow (details inside the thumb box are not visible)
    2. These thumb boxes are not properly aligned with the main content as was with the responsive mode. (the thumb width is not properly assigned)

    changes on the: “.ja-slidewrap .ja-slide-thumb-inner” do not take any effect. (see attached image to see the difference)

    Thank you for your help

    @nubeet,

    When you set Enable/Disable for Responsive in Template Manager >> General , you need to save the config then re-build LESS to CSS to Enable/Disable Responsive mode

    Here is my site on my iPhone:

    Please try it again then let me know how it goes.

    If the problem still persists, pls get back to me with URL, Admin credential of your site via PM so that I will help you out.
