Go to Template Manager -> your Template -> Theme Tab -> change the text in site Name

I have fixed this for you

the change done is

Made edit in this file : templates/ja_medicare/tpls/blocks/header.php

Replaced this code

<span><?php echo $sitename ?></span>

with

<?php /*<span><?php echo $sitename ?></span> */ ?>
